⚖️ Legal Referral Network

Your clients need legal and technical help. You can now offer both.

Victim's rights attorneys, family law practices, and criminal defense firms regularly handle NCII cases — and consistently hit the same wall. You can litigate. You can file injunctions. But getting the content down fast, across 50+ platforms simultaneously, requires a different kind of operation. That's IntimaShield.

Who This Is For

Every practice area that touches NCII

NCII cases don't belong to one practice area — they cut across victim advocacy, family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. The referral network serves all of them.

🛡
Victim's Rights

You represent survivors of sexual crimes and digital exploitation. IntimaShield handles the technical remediation while you handle the legal strategy — a complete client offering without expanding your scope of work.

👨‍👩‍👧
Family Law

Divorce and custody proceedings increasingly involve NCII as a weapon. Referring clients to IntimaShield for immediate content removal demonstrates active harm mitigation — relevant to protective orders and custody determinations.

⚖️
Criminal Defense

Clients charged under state NCII statutes need both legal defense and content remediation. Referring to IntimaShield demonstrates good-faith remediation — potentially relevant to plea negotiations and sentencing considerations.

💼
Civil Litigation

Pursuing damages under Masha's Law or state civil NCII statutes? Getting content removed before trial protects your client from ongoing harm and prevents defense arguments about continued exposure.

🏢
Employment Law

NCII in workplace contexts — shared by colleagues, supervisors, or via employer systems — creates both hostile work environment claims and NCII claims. Referral for removal supports the underlying employment matter.

🌐
General Practice

General practitioners who encounter NCII cases can refer to IntimaShield without expanding their practice — a straightforward resource referral that serves clients well and builds the relationship.

How It Works

Simple referral. No workflow changes.

The referral process is designed to take 60 seconds. You don't change how you work — you just have a technical resource to hand clients when they need it.

01
Your Firm

Join the network — takes 5 minutes

Fill out the form below. We verify your bar membership, assign your unique partner referral code, and send you a one-page client handout explaining the service. No contracts, no exclusivity, no minimums. You can refer one client or fifty.

02
Your Firm

Refer a client — 60 seconds

When a client needs content removal, hand them your partner referral code — by email, in a letter, or verbally. Tell them to visit intimashield.com and enter the code at checkout. Their rate is automatically discounted 20%. That's the entire referral process.

03
Your Client

Client initiates their case

The client visits IntimaShield.com, enters your partner code, and begins intake — describing the content, identifying platforms, and uploading documentation. IntimaShield handles billing directly with the client at the discounted rate. You receive no financial information about your client's case.

04
IntimaShield

Removal executed — 48–72 hours

IntimaShield executes removal across all named platforms. Your client receives status updates throughout. You can request a case completion letter for use in your legal matter — confirming removal was completed, without identifying case specifics if confidentiality requires.

05
Your Firm

Receive monthly referral payment

On the first of each month, IntimaShield sends a referral fee payment for all converted cases from your code in the prior month. Payment by ACH or check. Accompanied by an anonymized count of conversions — no client-identifying information included.

FAQ

Questions from attorneys

Does referring clients to IntimaShield create any professional responsibility issues?
We've designed the referral structure specifically to avoid triggering fee-splitting concerns. Your referral fee is a marketing arrangement, not a division of legal fees — IntimaShield is a technology service, not a legal service. We recommend reviewing your state bar's rules on referral arrangements if you have specific concerns. We can provide our standard referral agreement for review by your ethics counsel.
Does IntimaShield provide legal advice or act as a legal service?
No. IntimaShield is a technology and operations company — we execute platform removal requests. We do not provide legal advice, represent clients in legal proceedings, or draft legal documents. Our service is entirely complementary to your legal representation, not overlapping with it.
Can I get a case completion letter for use in my legal matter?
Yes. Upon case completion, IntimaShield can provide a written letter confirming that removal was requested and confirmed across specified platforms, with timestamps. This can be useful for protective order applications, sentencing memoranda, and civil damage calculations. Contact your partner representative to request this for a specific case.
What if my client can't afford the service?
The 20% partner discount brings the crisis takedown to approximately $239. For clients with demonstrated inability to pay, contact us directly — we evaluate hardship cases on an individual basis and have limited capacity for reduced-rate or deferred-payment arrangements. We don't want cost to be a barrier for victims in genuine crisis.
How quickly can my client get started after I refer them?
Immediately. As soon as you give them the partner code, they can visit IntimaShield.com, complete intake, and begin the process. No waitlist, no scheduling, no intake call required on their end. Cases are typically active within a few hours of intake completion.
Is there any exclusivity requirement?
No. You can be a network partner and refer clients to other services as well. We don't require exclusivity. We do ask that you not misrepresent IntimaShield's capabilities to clients — we'll provide you with accurate service descriptions to use in client communications.
