The Gap

EAP programs cover a lot. Not this.

Mental health, substance abuse, financial counseling, legal consultation — EAP programs have expanded significantly. NCII removal is the coverage gap that's arriving faster than the industry has responded to it.

How It Works

Fits your existing EAP workflow exactly.

No new portals to build. No new intake flows. IntimaShield plugs into however you already deliver EAP benefits.

01
HR / Benefits Team

Annual coverage purchase

Your HR or benefits team selects a per-employee annual coverage tier. One invoice, one line item in your benefits budget. IntimaShield provides a batch of single-use access codes proportional to your workforce — typically 2–5% utilization annually for most organizations.

02
Employee

Employee contacts HR or EAP line

An affected employee reaches out through your existing channel — EAP hotline, HR business partner, or manager escalation. This step is entirely yours. The employee doesn't need to know about IntimaShield until your team decides to refer them.

03
HR / EAP Counselor

Issue an access code

Your counselor or HR rep provides the employee with a single-use IntimaShield access code — by email, verbally, or however your existing referral process works. The employee's identity is never shared with IntimaShield. The code is the only handoff.

04
Employee

Employee files their case privately

The employee visits IntimaShield.com on their own time, privately, and redeems their code. They describe the content, identify platforms, and upload documentation. No contact with HR is required at this stage — this is between the employee and IntimaShield.

05
IntimaShield

Removal executed across all platforms

IntimaShield initiates removal across 50+ platforms simultaneously. Platform trust & safety teams are engaged directly. The employee receives status updates as removals are confirmed. Average resolution: 48–72 hours from intake.

06
HR / Benefits Team

Quarterly aggregate reporting

You receive an anonymized quarterly report: credits used, average resolution time, platform breakdown. No individual employee data, no case details — just the aggregate outcomes you need to demonstrate benefits ROI and inform future coverage decisions.

Who This Serves

Three ways organizations are using this

🏢
Direct Employer Coverage

Mid-to-large employers add IntimaShield directly to their benefits stack alongside existing EAP providers. HR holds the codes, distributes through normal EAP referral channels. One annual line item.

📋
EAP Vendor Integration

EAP companies (ComPsych, Anthem EAP, Cigna Behavioral) add IntimaShield as a specialty referral within their counselor toolset. Counselors issue codes directly during crisis calls. No client-facing changes required.

🤝
HR Consulting Referral

HR consulting firms and benefits brokers add IntimaShield to their recommended benefits stack for clients. Referral fee structure available. One integration, repeatable across your entire book of business.

FAQ

Questions from HR leaders and EAP directors

How is this different from just telling employees to report to NCMEC?
NCMEC's Take It Down service is hash-based and requires the victim to submit their own content for hashing — a process that can be retraumatizing and technically complex. It also isn't real-time and doesn't cover all platforms. IntimaShield is a managed, full-service removal operation that handles all platform engagement on behalf of the employee.
Does IntimaShield ever see which employees use the service?
No. Your organization holds identifying information. When an employee redeems their access code, IntimaShield receives only the case-specific information necessary to execute the removal — content description, platform URLs, documentation. This is never linked to their identity within your HR system.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per-employee per year, with a minimum coverage of 25 employees. The per-employee rate decreases at volume tiers (100+, 500+, 1,000+). We can quote based on your headcount and expected utilization rate. Most organizations see 2–5% annual utilization, meaning a 500-person company might open 10–25 cases per year.
Can this be added to an existing EAP contract mid-year?
Yes. We can structure a prorated annual agreement starting at any point in the year, aligned to your existing benefits renewal date going forward. No need to wait for open enrollment.
What if an employee needs help but all codes have been used?
We'll notify you when you're at 20% of credits remaining. Mid-year top-ups are available at the same per-credit rate. Employees in crisis are never turned away — we'll work with your team to ensure coverage.
