When a student reports an NCII incident to your Title IX office, the next 48 hours are critical. IntimaShield gives you a ready-to-deploy removal resource โ prepaid, institution-held, distributed at your discretion. No student billing. No per-incident approvals. No PII leaves your office.
Annual invoice ยท Net-30 ยท Credits never expire
Most Title IX offices have robust intake and support processes โ but no technical resource for the one thing students need most: getting the content down, fast.
Research consistently shows that NCII removal is dramatically more effective when initiated within 48 hours of discovery. After that window, content spreads to secondary platforms and becomes exponentially harder to remove. Most students navigate this alone.
The NCMEC Take It Down service is an excellent hash-based tool โ but it requires the student to submit hashes themselves, isn't real-time, and doesn't cover all platforms. It's a resource pointer, not a managed removal service. Your students need more.
Signed in May 2025, the Take It Down Act has increased national awareness of NCII as a harm category โ and students are showing up to Title IX offices expecting their institution to have a response. "We recommend NCMEC" is no longer a complete answer.
The program is designed to plug into your existing Title IX workflow โ not create a new one.
Your Title IX office selects a package (Starter, Standard, or Campus), receives a single annual invoice, and pays net-30. IntimaShield issues a batch of single-use access codes. No per-incident approvals needed โ credits are pre-authorized and held by your institution.
A student comes to your office through your existing reporting channel โ phone, online form, walk-in. This step is entirely yours. IntimaShield is not involved in intake, and no student information is shared with us at this stage or any stage.
You give the student one access code from your batch. This is the only handoff. The code gives them access to IntimaShield's crisis takedown service. You retain complete control over who receives access and when โ there is no direct enrollment link or open access page.
The student visits IntimaShield.com, enters their access code, and completes a brief intake to identify the content and platforms. They upload documentation. This is done on their own time, privately, without returning to your office. Age verification is completed at this step.
IntimaShield initiates platform-by-platform removal requests across 50+ sites including major social media, messaging platforms, and adult content sites. Our team monitors compliance, escalates with platform trust & safety teams when needed, and follows up until removal is confirmed. Average resolution time: 48โ72 hours.
Every quarter, IntimaShield sends your office an anonymized aggregate report: number of cases opened, platforms covered, removal success rates, average resolution time. No individual student data is included. This data supports your annual Title IX reporting and demonstrates institutional response capacity.
